Thomas said this to Katherine, " I'll give you money if you give me a dollar" Isn't it crazy how they pick up on what money is at such a young age???

What is this???
Okay so we're at church the other day and I was sitting next to Thomas on the bench and I was holding Ethan. At some point during the meeting I see Thomas taking his pointer finger and "wiping" something on the bench. I saw a little something on the bench afterwards. This was our conversation: Mommy: " was that a booger, Thomas?" Thomas: Just looking at mommy, with a "stupid" look on his face. Mommy: "Thomas, is this a booger?" Thomas: " No Mommy, it's a SNOT!" So of course I wiped it off the bench and asked him to tell me about his "booger" rather than wiping them on things.

Big Hands
January 20th, 2008 Last night Thomas was saying goodnight to Chris and had come up and laid his hand palm down on top of his daddy's hand and then said, " I've got big fingers like you DAD!!" even though his hand is a lot smaller. It was so cute!!

Going Places ....
This morning a few fun things were said, while going "somewhere". It was "early" this morning about 8:30ish. We were driving to SCHOOL and Heidi and Katherine were having this conversation take place as we were about a half mile from the school.
Heidi : "Where are we going?"
Katherine: " To School"
Heidi: " This is a weird way to go"
Katherine: " This is the way we always go, Heidi!"
Heidi: "OH "
And then a little later driving back from the school and we were driving south and the sun was rising up on the east and just above the mountains --- I was pulling up to a light and moved my sun visor to the door window and this conversation happens ---
Thomas: " I don't want that in my eyes" " Put it back there" ( as he points to the rear of the car, up and over his head)
Mommy: " Put what back there?" ( I thought he was upset about the visor)
Thomas: " THE SUN !

Yesturday we were driving up to drop Heidi off at a Birthday Party and we passed a Chevron station --- While we were stopped at a light Kaylee looked over and saw it and said, " That's Cheveralon, I remember that." I know I shouldn't laugh at my kids but it was just too darn funny.

Presents
Today I is Thomas's 3rd birthday. So I asked him if he wanted birthday presents. This is what he said, " Yes, from Santa Claus !" Just as a side note: Last night we put him to bed and he kept coming out all through the night, I wonder if we built up enough excitement in him that today would be his birthday and he just couldn't sleep because he was so excited.

Eggercise???
January 7th, 2008 Today I was going to do an "aerobic" workout at a local building with some other ladies and I had to take my boys with me. I told Thomas that we were leaving so I could go exercise. He came back with , " We're going to get EGGS??" I think he thought I said " We're leaving so I could go eggercise." Or something crazy like that.

Branded for life
Poor little guy falls victim to many of the girls stamping their hearts or smiles out on him.
Heidi had come home from school one day this last week and was able to pick a prize out of the box at school and decided to get this smiley face stamp. Heidi fell victim to the stamp as well. In the top picture you can see a stamp peeking up from behind his shirt --- well Heidi gave herself one as well. Only I didn't think to get any pictures of her.
I think ,,,,

Hand Clapping
The other night, Ethan was sitting in his high chair eating on some crackers, and while the rest of us were around the table eating dinner, he made the loudest and longest fart I've ever heard him produce. As soon as he was done with that he looked at us and got a big smile on his face and started to clap his hands. Of course, clapping his hands he just learned how to do this last week around Christmastime. It was funny to witness.
