Talk to you later.

I was tucking Thomas into bed last night and was kind of talking with him, and at the end I covered him up and said, " I'll talk to you later" and Thomas looked at me funny and said, in a whisper voice while snickering, " Mom, you said ' talk to you later' " And then he just died laughing. Because I guess I don't normally say that to him at bedtime. So because he thought it was so funny and laughed so hard, I started laughing at him because of him laughing. I guess it's one of those Mother-Son moments that you have to be there to appreciate.

Wrong Feet

We were headed to my inlaws on Father's Day and Thomas has been putting his own shoes on. He happened to put them on the wrong feet. I noticed and said, " Thomas, you have your shoes on the wrong feet!" So he crossed his feet and said, " Now they aren't!"

Flowers...

On Mother's Day last week, Heidi saw the flowers I had in a vase. I told her that we were going to take them to Grandma's today. She came back with, " Why? -- Is she going to die?" I couldn't help but laugh!!
